Order Modifications

If you have already placed an order and would like to modify it before it has been dispatched, we may be able to make the requested changes, subject to product availability.

If the replacement product has a higher price, you will need to pay the additional amount.
If you select a product with a lower price, the remaining balance is non-refundable.
Any amount paid towards the order is non-refundable. However, the amount can always be used to purchase another product from our store.
If you request a refund instead of selecting another product, the amount will remain non-refundable. You can use the available amount to purchase any other product from our store.
Order modifications are only possible before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, no changes can be made.
