4. Shipping Policy

Orders are usually dispatched on the next business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

  • North India: 3–5 business days

  • West India: 3–5 business days

  • East & South India: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Returns for reasons such as incorrect size, fit, color preference, or change of mind are not accepted.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned product has been inspected.
